Step 1: Base: Line a 10x15 inch pan with foil. Grease foil & set aside. In a saucepan heat together butter, cocoa and sugar over low heat until butter is melted. Remove from heat, whisk in eggs. Stir in crumbs, coconut, and peanuts. Press into prepared pan. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes or just until firm. Let cool.
Step 2: Filling: In saucepan heat peanut butter over low heat until fluid. Transfer to bowl. Beat in icing sugar 1/2 cup at a time. Add 1/2 cup warm water; beat until smooth. Spread over cooled base and refrigerate 45 minutes or until firm.
Step 3: Topping: Melt butter with chocolate. Spread over filling. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate until firm. Let come to room temperature for cutting or chocolate will break.
