  • The following recipe serves 25-30 people.

Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 celery stalks (cut into 3 inch pieces, washed and dried very well VERY IMPORTANT I use paper towels)
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, room temperature (I use 1/3 less fat)
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons milk
  • Dry Vegetable Soup Mix (use half of one 1 1/4 ounce packet, I use Knorr's brand)
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Wash, and cut the celery. Dry celery stalks with a paper towel (IMPORTANT).

  • Step 2: Cut into 3" pieces, and set aside.

  • Step 3: Put cream cheeses into a glass bowl. Put in microwave for 45 seconds, until soft.

  • Step 4: Add milk and cream together. Start with 1 tablespoon and add more, if needed to make a creamy texture.

  • Step 5: Add Vegetable Soup dip mix, and mix well. Start with half the packet and go from there. If you like it salty add more from the packet.

  • Step 6: Stuff celery with cream cheese mixture.

  • Step 7: Put in a plastic container or on a serving plate, wrap, and put in refrigerator for at least 1 hour to give flavors time to meld.
