Step 1: Preheat oven to 240C (220C fan forced).
Step 2: Place pizza bases on 2 lined baking trays.
Step 3: Spread mascarpone evenly over the bases and sprinkle with the garlic.
Step 4: Arrange the mushroom and bocconcini on top and drizzle with the olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Step 5: Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until the bocconcini is bubbling and the edges are golden.
Step 6: Serve immediately with rocket.
