Step 1: For the dough, sift together in large bowl, flour and baking powder and cut butter until particles look like cornmeal.
Step 2: Stir in eggs and sour cream and mix to form the dough, kneading lightly until mixture is a smooth ball.
Step 3: Wrap in plastic and rest for 1 hour.
Step 4: Roll out dough to 1/8 inch thickness, cut 5 inch rounds, re-rolling and cutting to make 12 rounds.
Step 5: Preheat oven to 200C.
Step 6: To make the filling, add olive oil to a large frying pan and sauté the onions and garlic until just golden.
Step 7: Toast the sesame seeds in the pan with the onions and garlic and then add meat and cook over a medium heat for 12-15 minutes until brown.
Step 8: Drain off the fat and stir in parsley, salt, pepper, tabasco and eggs and mix well.
Step 9: Put mixture in bowl and chill.
Step 10: Place about 2 tablespoons of filling in centre of each circle.
Step 11: Using a pastry brush, coat edges with beaten egg.
Step 12: Fold dough over and shape into moons and press edges firmly together.
Step 13: Place on ungreased cookie sheet and brush top with beaten egg, cream and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Step 14: Place into the oven at 200C and bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
