  • 1 bag (1 kg) frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
  • 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano or basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Dash salt

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt the cream cheese and butter in microwave just until melted. (this will vary from one microwave to another so do 30 second intervals).

  • Step 2: Stir in the seasoning and dried oregano or basil and pour into the crock-pot; add the mixed vegetables, cover and cook on low for 1 1/2 hour.

  • Step 3: Enjoy!
