Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound kielbasa sausage
  • 10 slices (10 ounce) bacon
  • 1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons ground mustard
  • 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoons black pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and top with a baking/cooling rack; lightly spray the rack with non-stick spray.

  • Step 2: Cut kielbasa down the middle, lengthwise and slice each half into 1 inch pieces, you should have about 30 pieces of kielbasa.

  • Step 3: Cut each piece of bacon into thirds. Wrap one bacon strip around each piece of kielbasa and secure with a toothpick. Set aside.

  • Step 4: In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, vinegar, mustard and pepper. Heat over medium, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved. Keep warm on low.

  • Step 5: Brush the kielbasa with glaze and place on the baking sheet/rack.

  • Step 6: Bake in a preheated 375 degree Fahrenheit oven for 40 minutes and baste every 15 minutes.

  • Step 7: Serve immediately.
