  • 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 ounces kielbasa sausage (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon caraway seed

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium saucepan, bring the sauerkraut and beer to a boil and then simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat.

  • Step 2: Add the brown sugar ,caraway and sausage and cook for another 15 minutes until everything is heated through.

  • Step 3: Taste to adjust seasoning
