  • 1 jar (7 ounce) pimentos (drained and finely chopped)
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
  • Cayenne (dash to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery salt (to taste)
  • Worcestershire sauce (dash)
  • Turmeric (pinch)
  • 1 tablespoon grated yellow onion (optional)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
