Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2/3 cup olive oil (extra virgin, or oil of your choice)
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar (or vinegar of your choice)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar (or Splenda)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika (sweet)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard powder
  • 1 garlic clove, peeled (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, paprika and mustard powder and whisk together *or shake well in a jar).

  • Step 2: If desired, split garlic clove in half and drop into the jar or cruet holding the dressing.
