Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1 yellow onion (sliced, or chopped)
  • 1 green bell pepper (seeded and sliced, or chopped)
  • 1 small head white cabbage (sliced (or chopped)
  • 1 can (12 ounce) tomatoes (undrained)
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder (mild)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Water, if needed

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat the oil in a large skillet.

  • Step 2: Add onion and pepper, and saute until softened and onion is translucent.

  • Step 3: Add cabbage, tomatoes, curry powder, tomatoes with juice, salt and pepper.

  • Step 4: Cook for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Step 5: Add a little water if mixture sticks to pan.
