Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt (reduced-fat)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoons tahini
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger (finely grated)
  • 1/4 shredded red cabbage (finely shredded)
  • 1/4 green shredded cabbage (finely shredded)
  • 1 apple (Pink Lady suggested, julienne)
  • 1/4 cup chopped chives

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place low fat Greek yoghurt, lemon juice, tahini, honey and ginger and whisk together and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Step 2: Add red and green cabbage to a large bowl and then add apple and chives to the bowl and toss to combine.

  • Step 3: Drizzle over dressing, toss to combine and serve.
