Step 1: Set aside 4 raspberries for garnish.
Step 2: Combine remaining raspberries, milk, malted milk powder, and sugar in blender; blend until smooth.
Step 3: Add ice cream; blend until smooth, stopping once or twice to scrape down sides of blender, if necessary.
Step 4: Pour malted shake into fluted soda-fountain-style glass.
Step 5: Top with sorbet.
Step 6: Garnish malt with reserved berries.
