  • 1 basket (6 ounce) fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup malted milk powder
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 cup ice cream (vanilla)
  • 1 small scoop (1/2 cup) raspberry sorbet

How to Make

  • Step 1: Set aside 4 raspberries for garnish.

  • Step 2: Combine remaining raspberries, milk, malted milk powder, and sugar in blender; blend until smooth.

  • Step 3: Add ice cream; blend until smooth, stopping once or twice to scrape down sides of blender, if necessary.

  • Step 4: Pour malted shake into fluted soda-fountain-style glass.

  • Step 5: Top with sorbet.

  • Step 6: Garnish malt with reserved berries.
