Step 1: Carefully spoon the yolks out of the eggs and into a bowl.
Step 2: Break the yolks up with the back of a fork. Add blue cheese dressing and combine well.
Step 3: Scoop filling back into eggs.
Step 4: I like using a whole tablespoon of blue cheese dressing per egg, so the blue cheese flavor really shines, but it does make the filling softer than a regular deviled egg. If you choose to add less to make it thicker, you might want to top the eggs with blue cheese crumbles to get the same flavor. Please keep in mind that I like to use Trader Joe's refrigerated blue cheese dressing, which is very thick and heavy on the chunks of blue cheese (I have tried Lighthouse and it does not have the same flavor/would not be worth using in this recipe).
