  • 1 cup yogurt (natural)
  • 1/2 cup pureed mango
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a food processor add the coconut water powder, natural yogurt, mango puree and maple syrup and blend until smooth.

  • Step 2: Pour into ice-block moulds and freeze for 4-6 hours, until firm.
