Step 1: Combine sugar ,water, corn syrup,salt and peanuts (it says 1/2 sack here) until it spins a long thread 290 on candy thermometer. Cook until butterscotch browns.
Step 2: Remove from heat, add butter size of walnut 2 rounded teaspoons of soda vanilla and coconut stir thoroughly .
Step 3: Spoon out on WELL buttered cookie sheet or sil pat.
Step 4: Uses well buttered forks to stretch out and gently pull apart.
