Step 1: Stir yeast into lukewarm water. Add rest of ingredients, then mix.
Step 2: In the morning, stir up and use 2 cups starter. Leave one cup in jar, to that one cup, add 2 cups potato water, 1 cup mashed potatoes, 1 tablespoon sugar and 6 tablespoons flour.
Step 3: Save for next baking day.
