Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces frozen whipped topping (Reduced-fat, thawed if frozen & divided per prep directions)
  • 3/4 cup diet root beer (Cold)
  • 1/2 cup fat-free milk
  • 1 package (1ounce) sugar-free instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
  • Maraschino cherries, optional

How to Make

  • Step 1: Set aside & refrigerate 1/2 cup whipped topping for garnish.

  • Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk the root beer, milk & pudding mix for 2 min. Fold in half of the remaining whipped topping. Spread into graham cracker crust.

  • Step 3: Spread remaining whipped topping over pie. Refrigerate for at least 8 hrs or overnight.

  • Step 4: Dollop reserved whipped topping over ea serving. Top w/a maraschino cherry if using.

  • NOTE: Diabetic exchanges were given as 2 starch, 1 fat
