Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: Combine butter, brown sugar, sugar, milk, egg and vanilla;
Step 3: Beat until light and fluffy.
Step 4: Whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt.
Step 5: Add to butter mixture; stir well.
Step 6: Add oats, walnuts and raisins.
Step 7: Drop by teaspoonfuls onto parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Step 8: Bake in upper third of oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
