  • 2 pounds spinach, fresh stems removed
  • 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
  • 1 (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke hearts
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated

How to Make

  • Step 1: Rinse spinach thoroughly and cook until tender, about 3-5 minutes. Drain well and put in bowl.

  • Step 2: Add onion and undrained artichoke hearts and mix lightly. Season to taste with salt and pepper and spread in greased casserole dish.

  • Step 3: Combine cream cheese and sour cream, blending thoroughly. Spread this mixture over spinach mixture.

  • Step 4: Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

  • Step 5: Bake at 350 degrees 20-30 minutes.
