Step 1: In a bowl combine first 5 ingredients (mayonnaise - pepper); stir well. Spread 1 1/2 tablespoons mayo mixture over 1 side of each of 4 bread slices. Top each with 1 ounce roast beef, 1/2 ounce corned beef and 2 tablespoons cheese. Top each sandwich with 1/2 of the kimchi and 1 bread slice. Repeat for all 4 sandwiches.
Step 2: Heat a skillet over medium heat.
Step 3: Spray both sides of the sandwich with Pam.
Step 4: Arrange sandwiches in pan and cook for 5-10 minutes or until lightly browned on both sides; turning once.
