  • 1 1/2 cup cheese, shredded ( I use Cheddar)
  • 6 medium potatoes, boiled, peeled grated
  • 1/2 cup cornflakes
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

  • Step 2: Blend in sour cream, green onion, and cheddar cheese

  • Step 5: Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes
