Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms (fresh)
  • 1 tomato (whole fresh, diced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 5 ounces cooked chicken (cut up)
  • 1 cup alfredo sauce
  • 4 ounces dry dry bow tie pasta
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese (fresh)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh basil (for garnish)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Prepare the alfredo sauce.

  • Step 2: Cook bow tie pasta according to package directions.

  • Step 3: As the pasta is cooking: Heat the olive oil in a 10" pan.

  • Step 4: Add: Mushrooms, tomatoes, parsley, stock, chicken and garlic.

  • Step 5: Cook until warmed through.

  • Step 6: Add alfredo sauce, bow tie pasta and toss.

  • Step 7: Put into a large pasta bowl; garnish with parsley, parmesan cheese, fresh basil and enjoy!
