  • 4 tablespoons chopped basil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 60 grams almond nuts (ground)
  • 60 grams walnuts
  • 1 cup oil
  • 90 grams gated parmesan cheese
  • 750 grams dry spaghetti pasta
  • 60 grams butter
  • Parmesan cheese, extra

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the parsley, basil, salt, pepper, crushed garlic, almonds, walnuts and oil in a blender.

  • Step 2: Blend on high speed until smooth, stir in the parmesan cheese.

  • Step 3: Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until tender: Drain well.

  • Step 4: Add the softened butter, toss lightly until butter melts through the pasta. Add the sauce, toss well.

  • Step 5: Serve with extra grated or shredded parmesan cheese.
