Step 1: Wash beef cheeks and place aside.
Step 2: Put the slow-cooker on low and place the olive oil in then place the garlic and onion in and stir for a few seconds to coat and then add the beef cheeks.
Step 3: Add the tomatoes and sugar and mix well before you add the parsley, salt and pepper, wine and the beef stock - you can add more stock if you like.
Step 4: I you like you can add the potatoes in the slow cooker or you can steam them with the beans.
Step 5: Let cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Step 6: You can serve the meat with a greek salad or a salad of your choice or the steamed potatoes and green beans or the steamed green beans with the potatoes cooked in the crock pot with the beef cheeks.
