Step 1: Combine all ingredients except fruit in processor. Blend until smooth. Taste and add more Grand Marnier, if desired. (We usually double the Grand Marnier).
Step 2: Transfer mixture to bowl and refrigerate until cold, about one hour. (Can be prepared 1 day ahead. Keep refrigerated.)
Step 3: Divide fruit among 8 stemmed goblets.
Step 4: Top with sauce and serve.
