Step 1: Melt unsweetened chocolate with butter in microwave and mix well. Cool.
Step 2: Beat sugar and eggs together in mixing bowl.
Step 3: Add Bailey's Irish Cream and cooled chocolate mixture. Mix well.
Step 4: Stir in flour, salt and chocolate chips.
Step 5: Pour into greased and floured 8-inch square baking pan. Bake at 325F for approximately 20 minutes (test with wooden pick).
Step 6: Cool completely (about 1 1/2 hours).
Step 7: Pierce brownies with a wooden pick randomly. Drizzle 3 tablespoons Bailey's Irish Cream over brownies, then frost.
Step 8: In mixing bowl, combine liqueur and butter. Mix well.
Step 9: Gradually add confectioners' sugar and beat until spreading consistency.
Step 10: Frost cooled brownies.
