Step 1: Sprinkle chops with black pepper and salt.
Step 2: In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Cook chops in hot oil for 3 to 4 minutes per side, until brown on outside and cooked through, turning once. Remove chops from skillet; cover and keep warm.
Step 3: For sauce, in same skillet cook and stir onion over medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until tender.
Step 4: Add orange juice, brown sugar and red pepper flakes to skillet. Cook and stir for 1 minute or until sugar is dissolved.
Step 5: Spoon hot onion sauce over chops.
Step 6: Serve with steamed green beans, broccoli, or peas.
