Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound spinach, fresh, washed stems removed
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil or vegetable oil (or a combination)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place spinach in a large pot of boiling water cook 1 minute. Remove, drain and rinse with cold water.

  • Step 2: Drain again and pat dry to remove excess moisture.

  • Step 3: Chop the spinach coarsely.

  • Step 4: Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl, add in spinach and toss to coat.
