  • 3 cups flaked coconut
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips (melted)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Melt butter in saucepan. Remove from heat. Add sugar, coconut and milk. Mix well.

  • Step 2: Shape rounded teaspoon of mixture into balls. Make a dent in the center.

  • Step 3: Place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper.

  • Step 4: Fill center with melted chocolate.

  • Step 5: Chill until firm.

  • Step 6: Store in refrigerator.

  • Step 7: These freeze wonderfully and look beautiful on a tray.
