Step 1: Cut bread loaf horizontally in half.
Step 2: Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, oregano and red pepper. Drizzle evenly over cut side of bottom and top halves of bread.
Step 3: Layer lettuce, cheese, ham, salami, tomatoes and peppers on bottom half. Top with top half.
Step 4: Secure loaf with toothpicks or small skewers. Wrap securely and refrigerate up to 6 hours. Cut into 6 pieces.
