  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee granules
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • FOR COFFEE KAHLUA CREAM GLAZE
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Kahlua

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all wet ingredients (oil thru Kahlua) together and beat for 4 minutes with electric mixer.

  • Step 2: Mix all dry ingredients (flour thru cloves) together and add to wet mixture; mix well.

  • Step 3: Spread into greased and floured tube pan.

  • Step 4: Bake at 325F for 1 hour 10 minutes.

  • Step 5: Coffee Kahlua Cream Glaze: Beat all ingredients until stiff and spread over cool cake.
