  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 ounces gorgonzola cheese (1/2 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chives (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco sauce (to taste, optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Whip butter + cheese until very light & stir in remaining ingredients.

  • Step 2: Pipe rosettes onto parchment paper using a star tip, press into small butter molds or roll into a log, refrigerate until well-chilled & slice into 16 1 tbsp servings. (Can be frozen & used in desired amounts as needed).
