Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 pounds fresh pork tenderloins (2 tenderloins)
  • MARINADE
  • 1 can (10 ounce) diced tomatoes (with green chilies, drained)
  • 1/3 cup bourbon
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine all marinade ingredients in recloseable plastic food bag. Mix well. Add the pork tenderloins. Seal bag and turn several times to coat the meat.

  • Step 2: Place in refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

  • Step 3: Remove meat from marinade.

  • Step 4: In small saucepan, bring the marinade to a boil; boil one minute; set aside.

  • Step 5: Grill the tenderloins on an out door grill until cooked, OR place meat on broiler pan, broil 7 to 8 inches from heat source for approximately 7 to 9 minutes on each side.

  • Step 6: Serve the marinade with the meat.
