Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 5 ounces blue cheese (may use Stilton)
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon brandy (I use 2)
  • 1 teaspoon chives (freshly snipped)
  • 4 pitted dates
  • 16 crackers (water crackers)
  • Fresh parsley sprigs (optional garnish)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Beat both cheeses w/brandy in a small bowl until well-combined. Fold in snipped chives & stir well. Slice dates into very fine strips.

  • Step 2: Just b4 serving, spread or pipe cheese mixture onto crackers & top w/date strips & parsley (if using).

  • NOTE: Cheese mixture can be prepared 2 days ahead of need, covered & stored in the refrigerator
