Step 1: Preheat the oven to 450F.
Step 2: Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil, or parchment paper.
Step 3: Place broccoli pieces into a large bowl.
Step 4: In a small bowl, or measuring cup, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, olive oil, honey, Sriracha and pepper.
Step 5: Pour this mixture over the broccoli and toss well to coat.
Step 6: Spread the broccoli across the lined baking sheet. Place on the middle oven rack and roast for 8-12 minutes, until the broccoli is tender and the edges are turning brown.
Step 7: Remove the broccoli from the oven and transfer to a serving bowl, or tray. Toss with the green onions and toasted almonds.
Step 8: Serve hot!
Step 9: Makes 3-4 servings
