  • 1 cup green peas (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup diced kohlrabi
  • 2 potatoes (peeled cut in half)
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 vegetable bouillon cube

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut the potatoes in half then add them to 3 cups of water together with the vegetable cube. Bring to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes.

  • Step 2: Add the peas, carrots, kohlrabi, sugar and milk. Cook for another 15-20 minutes (or until the potatoes are soft).

  • Step 3: Remove the potatoes and mash them using a hand mixer until creamy. Add the potatoes back with the vegetables and cook for about two more minutes, while stirring constantly. It's simple and quick.

  • Step 4: Serve with eggs or fried meat.
