  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 (400 gram) bar Toblerone Swiss Milk Chocolate, broken into pieces

How to Make

  • Step 1: Line an 8 inch square pan with parchment paper with ends extending over sides of pan; set aside.

  • Step 2: Place sugar, butter and evaporated milk in large heavy saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.

  • Step 3: Boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly; remove from heat.

  • Step 4: Add chocolate and stir until completely melted.

  • Step 5: Pour into prepared pan.

  • Step 6: Refrigerate 3 hours until firm, remove fudge from pan, cut into bite sized squares, cleaning knife after each slice.
