Step 1: Melt butter in pan. Add cumin and mustard seeds, garlic and ginger; saute.
Step 2: Add beets. Cook on low until beets are tender; you may need to add a little water to prevent sticking.
Step 3: Add sambal powder, and garam masala powder.
Step 4: Stir in peas and cooked rice; stir until rice is red.
