Step 1: Bake the cake according to instructions with the egg whites and oil. Cool completely.

Step 3: With a knife, score the cake so liquid can penetrate. Gradually pour the milk mixture over the cake spread evenly. Set aside.
Step 4: With a mixer, mix the remaining cream vanilla and sugar to spreading consistency, then spread over cake.
Step 5: Arrange the pineapple and strawberries
Step 6: Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
