How to Make

  • Step 1: Cook sugar, water, strawberry Jell-O powder, cream of tartar and dash salt together to boiling point and sugar is dissolved. Add slowly, while beating, to unbeaten egg whites in a thin stream. Beat continuously until stiff peaks are formed.

  • Step 2: Add vanilla.
