The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 pound hamburger
  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 pound Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can rotel tomatoes, well drained
  • 1 loaf rye cocktail bread

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown hamburger, sausage, and onions in a large skillet.

  • Step 2: Drain well.

  • Step 3: Add Velveeta cheese, stir until melted.

  • Step 4: Add well drained Rotel.

  • Step 5: Place rye slices on two cookie sheets.

  • Step 6: Top with one heaping tablespoon of mixture.

  • Step 7: Place cookie sheets in the freezer for an hour.

  • Step 8: When frozen, place Hanky Panky's in freezer bags.

  • Step 9: To serve, take directly from freezer and bake at 350* for 10 to 15 minutes.
