Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound bean sprouts (rinsed & drained)
  • 1 ounce dried shrimp (authentic, but optional)
  • 2 green onions (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put sprouts on serving dishes. Top w/shrimp (if using) & green onions.

  • Step 2: Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl & drizzle over top (May also put all the ingredients into a large bowl, mix well & then plate to serve).
