Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 6 large cloves garlic (very finely chopped or 8 normal size)
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs (Japanese bread crumbs)
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (optional)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a small bowl, beat egg yolks and minced garlic. Transfer to a large Ziploc bag. Add in breasts; seal bad then toss the bag to coat the mixture with egg mix. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours.

  • Step 2: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 3: Brush the 1/3 cup of melted onto the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.

  • Step 4: Coat the marinated chicken in crumb mixture.

  • Step 5: Place coated chicken in baking dish, and pour any remaining egg mixture over the top.

  • Step 6: Bake for 15 min turn the chicken over and continue baking for another 15-20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear your cooking time will depend on the size of your chicken breasts, I have made some that were huge and some are regular size if they are regular size then 35 minutes should be enough time.
