Step 1: In a small bowl, beat egg yolks and minced garlic. Transfer to a large Ziploc bag. Add in breasts; seal bad then toss the bag to coat the mixture with egg mix. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Step 2: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 3: Brush the 1/3 cup of melted onto the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
Step 4: Coat the marinated chicken in crumb mixture.
Step 5: Place coated chicken in baking dish, and pour any remaining egg mixture over the top.
Step 6: Bake for 15 min turn the chicken over and continue baking for another 15-20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear your cooking time will depend on the size of your chicken breasts, I have made some that were huge and some are regular size if they are regular size then 35 minutes should be enough time.
