  • 2 1/4 pounds apples (6 apples, peeled and cored)
  • Sugar
  • 1 1/3 cups milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Salt, dash
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • Cream

How to Make

  • Step 1: Roll apples in sugar to coat them evenly. Place the apples in a well buttered baking dish.

  • Step 2: In a large measuring cup or bowl beat together the milk, eggs, flour salt and sugar together and pour over the apples.

  • Step 3: Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 30-40 minutes or until apples are tender.

  • Step 4: Serve with cream if desired.
