Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 eggs, large (range free eggs)
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream (or cottage cheese)
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, grated
  • 5 ounces ham, black forest ham (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put the eggs, sour cream or cottage cheese, flour and milk in a mini mixer, turn it on for half a minute to really mix the ingredients

  • Step 2: Mix the remaining ingredients together

  • Step 3: Lightly spray a 10 inch skillet with oil, set your heat on medium (on my electric stove I set it between 6 and 7) pour in the egg mixture, cover, cook for 3 minutes.

  • Step 4: Scatter the remaining ingredients over the omelet, cover and cook for 2 more minutes,

  • Step 5: Flip one side half way into the middle and serve
