Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups cooked crab (crab meat)
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons basil (shredded)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (extra virgin)
  • 1 small red chilli (finely chopped)
  • 4 avocados
  • Salad, to serve
  • Lemon wedges, to serve
  • Cracked black pepper, to serve

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together crab, coconut cream, basil and chilli.

  • Step 2: Halve and remove stone from each avocado.

  • Step 3: Drizzle lemon juice over cut side of avocadoes.

  • Step 4: Divide crab mixture between each avocado and then drizzle with oil and serve with salad, lemon wedges and cracked black pepper.
