Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup pancake mix (Aunt Jemima, or another good brand, none of the no names!)
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 large egg
  • Oil, for frying (you'll need quite a lot)
  • Powdered sugar
  • Syrup (of any kind)
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a medium bowl combine the pancake mix, egg and milk.

  • Step 2: Heat up about 3.5-inches of oil to 350 degrees.

  • Step 3: Fill up a funnel with about 3/4 cup of the pancake batter and keep your finger over the spout so it doesn’t spill out! Drizzle the batter into the hot oil, making sure to move it around slightly, layering the batter in a circular motion, so it’s thick enough to form a pancake-ish shape. When it firms up, flip it over to get the other side golden as well. Place on a large plate, the shower them with powdered sugar.

  • Step 4: Oh yeah, these are good!
