Step 1: Line 3 cup container with 2 layers cheese cloth, allowing to hang over sides.
Step 2: Whisk together, agar flakes and soy milk in sauce pan; bring to simmer over medium heat cook 8 minutes until agar dissolves and mixture is thick stirring constantly.
Step 3: Blend nuts, oil, lemon juice, wine, garlic and seasonings until smooth and creamy, 5 minutes, scraping down sides alot.
Step 4: Add soy milk mixture; blend 5 minutes more until smooth. Put in bowl and smooth top.
Step 5: Fold overhanging cheese cloth over cheese>
Step 6: Refrigerate over night.
Step 7: Unwrap slice and serve.
