  • 1 head romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  • 2 sprigs parsley
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 turnip greens leaves
  • 3 collard leaves
  • 1/2 cups watercress
  • 1/8 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 avocado (peeled, seeded)
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 3 whole fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 mango, seeded
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons flax seeds
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sunflower seeds
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup water
