Step 1: Cream butter and sugar together. it wont look creamy because of the sugar to butter ratio.
Step 2: Beat eggs until light and lemon colored. Blend with water into creamed mixture.
Step 3: Sift dry ingredients together. Stir into sugar mixture.
Step 4: Fold in cut up or mini gumdrops and chopped nuts.
Step 5: Pour into greased 15x10x1 jelly roll pan. and spread with a spatula
Step 6: Bake in moderate oven 350 degrees for 22 minutes.
Step 7: When cooled, frost with orange icing.
Step 8: Combine all ingredients. Beat til smooth.
